About Us

Our family started November 5, 2004. We welcomed Kylee Jolene into our family on May 31, 2008. Kevin is going to school to become a real estate appraiser. I just graduated from Phoenix College with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. I am enrolled in the degree completion program at NAU to complete my Bachelors degree. Kylee is in Tiny Footsteps Preschool and loves every minute of it. We want to share our lives with all of you and hope this blog will help us do that.

Zoo Lights

After Christmas, Mel, Alisa, and their kids came down to Arizona.  We went to the Zoo Lights at the Phoenix Zoo.  It was so much fun.  We didn’t see many animals, but we were given special glasses to make the lights multiply.  It was very cool.  There is also a video of the light show set to music with and without the glasses.  Be sure to look at it.

Merry Christmas!!!

We celebrated Christmas at our house with Uncle Johnny and Aunt Allison.  It was so much fun.  Then we went over to Grandma and Grandpa’s house and opened more presents.  I love being with my family and playing with my cousins.

ASU Game

In December we were able to go the an ASU basketball game as a family.  It was so much fun.  We let Kylee take some pictures and ate dinner at the game.  Each of us had a pretzel with cheese.  Kevin had just finished his pretzel and I was trying to pass Kylee to him.  In the process Kylee started freakin’ out and ending up knocking my cup of cheese out of my hand and on to the back of the man sitting in front of us.  I was so embarrassed.

Another Play Day with Kylee

We spent another play day with Kylee.  We went to McDonald’s and played at the park by our house.  It was such a great day to play outside.  Kevin finally didn’t have to work on a weekend day, so we took advantage.  When we came to the park before, we missed two of the items on the scavenger hunt, but we found them on this trip to the park.

Happy Halloween!!!

We were able to celebrate Halloween 3 different times this past Halloween.  We went to our wards Halloween party/trunk-or-treat, my parent’s ward Halloween party/trunk-or-treat, and Trick-or-Treating on Halloween.  Here are the pictures and I’m sorry they are so late.

Family Pictures

We took family pictures in Utah a few weeks ago.  It was such an experience.  In the morning we took family pictures with the Reese’s and in the afternoon we took family pictures with the Hickman’s.  This is from the Hickman family pictures.  I just couldn’t resist sharing it with you all.
