About Us

Our family started November 5, 2004. We welcomed Kylee Jolene into our family on May 31, 2008. Kevin is going to school to become a real estate appraiser. I just graduated from Phoenix College with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. I am enrolled in the degree completion program at NAU to complete my Bachelors degree. Kylee is in Tiny Footsteps Preschool and loves every minute of it. We want to share our lives with all of you and hope this blog will help us do that.

Missing my baby!

So, my mom has been our babysitter while we are at work and school. My mom and dad were going out of town for a week, so I either had to find a new babysitter for a week or send her up to Utah with them. We sent her to Utah with them so she could spend time with her other nieces and nephews and Grannie Annie.

I am so sad that I haven't gotten hugs and kisses from her in 5 days. I'm having Kylee withdrawals. From what I hear, she is having such a great time playing with Johnny, Jackson, Becca, and Annie. I'm so glad that she was able to spend time up there and get to know them more.

I just can't wait to get her back here so I can give her a lot of loves and kisses.

Pretty Pretty Princess!!!

Grandma Jolene just bought a whole bunch of Princess shoes that Kylee just can't get enough of. She loves walking around in my high heels, and now she has her own to walk around in. There is a video, but it wasn't uploading. I'll put it on a different post soon.

See my pretty new shoes! I love them!

Cheeeeese?

Too darn cute!

Pictures with Grandma! I love you Grandma!

Look at all of those shoes...

Cinderella...

Ariel...

Belle...

Aurora...

Snow White...

and a princess just isn't a princess without a tiara.

Little Angel!

Aunt Amber let Kylee play with her angel wings. Kylee loved it! She was so excited when Amber put the wings on her I had to document it.

And then she found the Shop Vac.

Some More Fun in the Tub

I love when Kylee has bath time. She is just too darn cute. She is a little swimmer and loves the water. She loves trying to drink the water too. I'm trying to break her of that habit now, but I had to post this cute video and pictures.

See what I mean...a little swimmer.

This is her "Blue Steal" face.
I have no idea what that was all about.

I love this picture. She just stood up for a second and folded her arms. Thank goodness I had my camera there.

The next two pictures are a lot brighter because I changed the setting on my camera. But then it took to long to take the pictures and then the setting got reset. I'll have to play with it again.

Cheeeeeese?

Kick, kick, kick, kick....
Just floatin' on my back.

Playin at the park!

Sorry that I haven't posted anything in a while. I was trying to see if there was an easier way to do it, but there isn't. Anyway, we decided to go to the park one morning, because it is way to hot to go in the afternoon here. Kylee had such a fun time. We went to a park right down the street from our house. No one else was there, but we all had such a fun time.

Kylee loves going down the slide.
I was trying to help Kylee play with this really weird looking toy. It has got to be the most pointless toy I have ever tried. You just sit on the seat and pull on the bars. You move about 2 inches up and down. Lame!

Givin' loves. I love Kylee loves.
This toy has marbles in it and you turn little nobs to make the marbles go through a maze. Kevin had fun with it and then showed Kylee how to use it.

(See...Kevin is the one playing with it!)
(Oh...he let Kylee have a turn...nice sharing daddy!)

Kylee and daddy going do the very small slide. Why do they make them so little?
Around and around we go!
Mommy's turn to take Kylee around.

Say Cheese!
Mommy and Kylee going down the slide.
"Kylee...put your hands in the air!"
Please excuse the butt shot!
Going through the freakin' hot rock wall.

I finally made it! (i'm serious...that rock wall was really hot!)
YEAH!
Kevin had to copy me. He made it up faster than I did though, but he burned his hand on the way down.

Hi!
The Scavenger Hunt. Before we left for home, we decided to try and find them all. The pictures are below.

As you can see...we are two short. We didn't realize it until after we left the park and we have not gone back to play there since. Once we go back, we'll find them and post the pictures.
